- Ten Years with Baltimore City States Attorneys Office, where she tried and won over 50 trials, ranging from misdemeanors to homicides. At the time that Ms. Pipkin left the States Attorney’s Office, she was assigned to the Major Investigations Unit – Concentrating on wire taps, large narcotics organizations, violent crime, handgun offenses and complicated conspiracy cases.
